Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Antariksha Digitech Private Limited, we are committed to fairness and transparency in all our engagements. This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms applicable to refunds across our different service categories.

1. Consultancy & Advisory Services

  Fees paid for consultancy and advisory services are non-refundable, as these engagements require the allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources from the outset.
  In exceptional circumstances, management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Training & Certification Programs

  Cancellations ≥ 7 days prior to the program start date: Eligible for a full refund.
  Cancellations < 7 days prior to the program start date: Not eligible for a refund. However, you may nominate a replacement participant (seat transfer), subject to confirmation by Antariksha Digitech.
  Programs cancelled or rescheduled by us: Participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session.

3. Technology Services (e.g., API Integrations, BBPS, Onboarding)

  Payments for integrations, onboarding, and technical services become non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
  Pre-initiation cancellation requests may be eligible for a partial refund, net of any preparatory costs incurred.

4. Disputes & Good Faith Resolution

  Refund-related disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
  We are committed to working with clients in good faith to arrive at a fair resolution in case of any disagreements.
